My simulation box contains 63 water molecules and one Fe++ ion.
I found it was very difficult to converge SCF, and guess it is due to the unpaired d electrons.
The qbox input and structure files are included below (btw. I could not attach them because of the extension restriction of this forum).
Could you give me some suggestions?
