Release 1.45.3 implements a client-server mode in which Qbox can run on a computer and read commands from another program running on the same or another computer. See the QboxUserGuide.pdf document for more details.
The client-server implementation has been tested on a Linux CentOs Rocks cluster and on the NERSC Cray XT4 franklin.nersc.gov
