Welcome to the Qbox tutorial at the IRIS-Adlershof workshop. This thread is dedicated to the distribution of information related to the Qbox tutorial. The files used in the tutorial have been installed on the pool1.physik.hu-berlin.de computer in the directory /data/scratch/qbox-tutorial. Please make a copy of these files to your home directory using the following commands:

Code: Select all

$ cd
$ cp -r /data/scratch/qbox-tutorial  .
In order to have access to the Qbox program and utility scripts, it is convenient to execute ("source") the file qbsetup.sh that is in the qbox-tutorial directory:

Code: Select all

$ cd qbox-tutorial
$ . qbsetup.sh
Please reade the README file. Examples covered in the tutorial are located in the examples directory.
